Come with me to a THREE Michelin star restaurant in Dubai 🌟🌟🌟 Behind a secret door at @atlantisthepalm, you can find @bjornfrantzen’s culinary adventure that just earned him THREE Michelin Stars. Instead of a menu, the journey begins with a show and tell of the ingredients that make up the 16-course taster menu. The evening plays out over two floors - a cosy living room and the flame-fuelled drama of an open kitchen, with endless table-side theatre, artfully choreographed service, and an 80s yacht rock soundtrack. When I dined at @restaurantfzn, a Michelin star was a dream. Now Dubai has made that dream come true.
