It’s been an honour to continue the journey with Ralph Lauren on this meaningful project celebrating Spelman and Morehouse, two of the most iconic HBCUs with such rich legacy, pride and purpose. This is the second time I’ve had the privilege of photographing this initiative and stepping back into it reminded me why it’s so close to my heart. There’s something so powerful about witnessing a generation that knows where they come from and where they’re going. This time, the journey also took us to Oak Bluffs a place steeped in the incredible history of Black presence and community in Martha’s Vineyard. To create in a space with such deep cultural roots was an experience I won’t forget. These are the kinds of stories that stay with you. Thank you @jamesmjeter for having me on board again and for always championing meaningful and intentional storytelling.
