Past 9 months I’ve been going through a transformation, and somehow it all closed here at Ahãma Living in Göcek. A chapter of transformation, and now everything seems much clearer and resolved. Looking back it all makes sense now. The talented people who shaped this journey that I’ve met. @jaceprimalpower – yoga (thank u for also teaching me how to enter a cold plunge 🥶 @canashtanga – pranayama breathwork & vinyasa @ece.dundaralp – tai chi @niluferormanli & @asli_bostanci_ – sound healing @katewave__ – vocal chakra awakening @balamgukumatz – capoeira & sunset rhythm @arselkalu – functional flow @taylolaylo – rhythm workshops @roamanmusic – creative songwriting (hope I can write a song one day) We closed the trip with @murat_ertel & @esmaertel from Baba Zula jamming under the stars all together, creating and telling an ancient legend through music. 🐦‍🔥 Thank you @burcukutluk for bringing these spirits together, @muratdist and the Ahãma team for your care, and @buburak000 for the vision that built this incredible sanctuary. Today I started to record my latest Podcast Project: “What does Coffee mean to you?” A coffee podcast that has very little to do with coffee. The Podcast has two rules. (1) Each episode starts with the question “What does Coffee mean to you?” and (2) at the start of each episode I start a timer that counts down for 60 min. When the time is up we wrap it up on the spot. For the Podcast, I will invite some of my personal heroes and inspirational figures. We will talk about life, entrepreneurship, personal growth, and how to go from idea to reality. You will meet people from a range of industries and backgrounds. First up is @benji, founder of @lesbenjamins, the most prevalent fashion brand coming out of the Middle East. He is an Istanbul-based entrepreneur and creative, born in Germany, with a passion for craftsmanship. He has been a major inspiration for me for the last two years and I continue to learn and improve through this conversation. The first episode will go live at the end of August and I have more guests to come.
