The production week is well on its way here at April and we are looking forward to sharing our coffee with you. As most have already picked up on shipping to the United States these days is more challenging than it has been. But we are here to guide you and make the most out of it so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions.

It’s Tuesday which means we are opening the doors to our store at Pilestræde for the first service of the week. We look forward to sharing our current lineup of coffees and introducing you to our range of coffee beans and brewing equipment.

This weekend our founder @patrikrolf won the Swedish Barista Championship. This marks our second National win for the season and we are looking forward to continue the journey towards reclaiming coffee flavors in Milan during the World Barista Championship 2025.

In our latest YouTube video, we give you an insight into our April Brewer collaboration with Turkish-based tile manufacturer @iznikmavicini. So far we have collaborated on three pieces - Brewer, Mug & Cup - each made in a limited amount of fifty units. We appreciate the opportunity to share the work of skilled, independent craftspeople around the world and @iznikmavicini is a great example of that.

It’s the last day of the weekend, and we are looking forward to welcoming you home to Pilestræde, in the heart of Copenhagen. We have selected our favorite coffees to serve on the bar and look forward to guiding you through our range of Coffee Beans, Products, and Equipment.

The production week is well on the way and we have stocked up our stores for the weekend. Orders that are coming in until Sunday will be roasted, packed and shipped out next week.

We are looking forward to welcoming you home to us at Pilestræde this week. Tomorrow the shelf’s are re-stocked and throughout the week we choose our favorite coffees to brew for you.

We are getting ready for the production week. Our ordering deadline for the week was yesterday and today we are looking over profiles and scheduling. Integrating changes from the past week's quality control and fine-tuning the profiles of new arrivals before launch.
