Fashion in our part of the world has never been decoration. It’s never been an afterthought. It’s instinct. It’s storytelling. It’s how we show up – for ourselves, for our culture, for our communities. This is our fashion issue. But don’t expect a list of trends or a seasonal mood board. That’s not what we’re here to do. What we’re doing is something bigger: we’re looking at the shape of fashion in the Middle East, North Africa, and the surrounding region – and how it’s shaping us back. Fashion here is complex, just like the region itself. It’s as diverse as our accents, our cities, our textures, our morning routines. We also make space for India not just as neighbors, but as a cultural force that have long shaped the way this region dresses and creates. We shot our cover with @ishaankhatter in Mumbai – Ishaan is not just one to watch. He’s one you can’t take your eyes off.
