Flora Lanterns 🌼 Capturing the soft flow of petal folds through glass drapings, using kiln-forming techniques. The pieces capture the haptic and linear textures of flowers, to transalte them into light paintings and speckles on the wall. The first of the lantern collection, every piece features a hammered brass-plated lighting mechanism designed to complement the glass drapes. Process and installation of Ruffle drapes 🪸 In earthy streaks reminiscent of canyon drawings sculpted by water, creating a canopy of playful light and translucencies. Composed of colored glass sheets kiln-formed on crafted molds mimicking marine folds, and suspended with hand-made brass caps.
