We live in a beautiful world. I love my jobs and enjoy working with people and as well have been lucky to travel all of the world meeting creative people. One thing that always emerges is the holiness of our human family. We are all one. One beautiful family. With each of us a unique and incredible variation. The sadness we’re all enduring currently, is a very dark cloud over all of our hearts. Humans need to evolve, as we are all precious. Every child matters. Every life is precious. Every person, man woman, child, they, them. No one is above another. Free the shackles imposed by colonial and capitalist ideals. Free the people of Congo. Of Palestine. Of Sudan Of North America. Of Australia. Of Aotearoa. Of China, of Russia. Land and money isn’t everything. Have honour. Treat each other with love and respect 🙏🏽

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the mothers out there. Becoming a mother was the most humbling and sacred journey I’ve ever experienced. I am honoured and think of my matriarchal line down through the ages, at the strength of these women. Its incredible. My own mother, her mother and her mother. These women have stories. One day I hope to share. Of course I can’t help but have a heavy heart one that is pretty constant when I think of the women suffering in the world. Needless suffering of the women of Gaza and places of conflict having to burry their babies, watch them suffering the assault of intentional starvation. Let’s hope our world can really wake up. Use our incredible resources to feed and clothe the whole world. #everychildmatters every life is sacred. I envision us joining together to honour our great Mother Earth to help each other instead of hurt each other. #happymothersday❤️ #freepalesti̇ne #endthesuffering

As I see another bud break for the grapes this spring there is renewal and life, promise and hope. But there is a plague of hurt and sadness. My heart goes out to all the families of Palestine, of Lebanon and Syria of Ukraine and Russia, Congo and Yemen. Places being plagued by death, torture, war, annexing, colonization and famine. Human made conditions, which could stop if we as humans chose to. Here in BC, mental illness caused another massive tragedy for our community. My heart goes out to our whole community suffering and in mourning. Celebrating the power of indigenous strength and resilience, resistance. The incredible hero Datu Lapu-Lapu has a festival in his name celebrating the incredible Filipino people. And during this festival this horrifying attack on ppl took place. Hold your loved ones close. One day at a time. 💔
