Half term couldn’t have come at a better time, after 2 weeks of taking it in turns to be ill, Crete was the perfect chance to catch the last of the summer sun. A wonderful week with the best holiday buddy, so many laughs and so much fun! It took me 4 days to pluck up the courage to ride the ‘severe’ rated waterslides on a double raft with the boy, I’m braver (or madder) than I think! Stocked up on the vitamin D for winter, never been so tanned, not that anyone will see it now! It’s already getting dark, is this a joke? I promise we were together the whole week, but pics approved for social are limited now he’s growing up!

What a weekend, who knew going to a spa with your 12 year old son could be so delightful! Highlights include taking Hershey and Valentino the sheep for a walk, this made us so happy, we can’t stop talking about it! Swimming outside in the heated pool was lush. Beautiful afternoon tea which we spent chatting and having laughing fits! Chilling in the hot tub in the woods. Sunday morning pickleball and swim in the indoor pool. Incredible dinners, the boy now has a taste for caviar! Plus I managed to squeeze in a 60min warm oil body massage, which was👌. We stayed in Yews Treehouse which was very impressive and I got the best sleep I’ve had in ages! Thank you @chewtonglen for a truly memorable weekend, precious time with my boy and wonderful memories. 🥰

A weekend of joy with the girls, @__insta_kram__ @caroline_garland_ & Betty 🐾 lucky me! Thank you so much ladies. Pop music bingo, a bucket of oysters, beach dog walks, cheese and wine watching the sunset over the sea, and pub garden Sunday roast. It was perfect, all the laughs and all the memories.♥️

Our family just got bigger! It’s days like this you remember forever. 5 days in Rotterdam to celebrate my little brother @angearpaul marrying Valerie @valerievdgraaf . It was the location of dreams and couldn’t have been more perfect. Guess who the best man was 🙋‍♀️! Thank you for such a fantastic time, family dinner at the top of the Euromast, biking to the beach, river swims, the never ending brunch and the wedding to end all weddings, the bride arrived by boat! The sun was shining and so were we, full of love 🥰 @tommakilla @diana.butijn @james_fisher81

A week high in the Andalusian hills surrounded by olive groves and rolling countryside views. A real recharge and slice of heaven, this is my happy place. Yoga, reading, swimming, sunbathing, utterly delicious food, ALL the laughing with friends over sangria and G&Ts.
