The first time  @fkatwigs graced the cover of i-D in 2012, she had yet to release a song. More than a decade later—and after three albums, over 30 music videos, and a Grammy nomination—Twigs has continued to evolve with each new creative endeavour. For i-D 374, The Unknown Issue, Twigs connects with an old friend,  @playboicarti, to discuss the story behind her first i-D cover, the orgasmic energy behind “Eusexua”, her sword-swinging martial arts technique, and more.
