#LSAStarmakers: For those working in the fields of Indian cinema and fashion, Apeksha Maker ( @amaker7) and Vaishnav Praveen ( @vaishnavpraveen), the duo behind The House of Pixels ( @thehouseofpixels) need no introduction. The photographers have worked with almost every top celebrity and brand in the country with Maker’s photographs being recognised by Apple CEO Tim Cook thrice. They’ve also done shoots with athletes and seeing them at the Paris Olympics makes their heart swell with pride. “Photographers used to take almost 10 years to work with a celebrity. Now, it’s much more accessible. People approach younger photographers based on the quality of their images, the way they shoot, and their lighting techniques. It’s all about how you deliver at that moment and ensure the images are of good quality,” says Vaishnav in an exclusive interview with us while Apeksha adds: “Now, there are so many opportunities to shoot, even with actors, because everyone needs someone to capture their moments.
