What a fun ride creating these eye-catching FOOH clips for IKEA together with the amazing team at @laundry_studios! Believe it or not, that epic Grand Canyon scene was crafted entirely in Unreal Engine 5! And the other two, a nice mix of real footage and some traditional 3D animation using Houdini and Redshift! Interestingly, many people commented under IKEA’s post, suggesting these clips were AI-generated. We’re not quite sure if that’s a compliment or criticism; but one thing’s for sure: there was absolutely no AI involved, just pure skill and creativity! It took lots of technical tricks, creativity, and a good dose of problem-solving, but the results speak for themselves! We hope you like it!
