🥔 POTATO ICE CREAM! Our Unfiltered Martini has become somewhat of a Lyan classic — and we’ve always described it as “like vanilla ice cream” — so now, with our @marcelosicecream collab, we’ve expanded on that tasting note in a more literal sense! With the Unfiltered Martini, we asked — how can we bend minds with potatoes? Put them through a very short 4-hour ferment with all the goodies found in our bellies. The end result is vanilla potato madness — a delicious, starchy, vegetal ferment that reminds and reinforces just how good potatoes really are — an ingredient we inventively named, “Really Great Potato!” Marcelo's combine this ingredient with their sub-zero wizardry to create the parallel universe version of the Unfiltered Martini, still cold, still vegetal and vanilla, but now hella hella creamy — and unlike the Unfiltered Martini, you can eat it with a spoon! It’s on the menu NOW as we gear up for our Sundae Lyan with Marcelo’s on August 31st from 5pm — expect limited-run ice cream & cocktail pairings, exclusive merch, sundae sounds & DJ sets all night, walk-ins welcome!

🍦With our recently announced Sundae Lyan coming up on August 31st, here’s a sneak peek at what to look forward to… We’ve dreamt up six special Lyaness serves for the day, all either using Marcelo’s ice creams, or being inspired by them. We’ll have a Peanut Butter Miso play on our famous Koji Hardshake, a Poached Pear + Pecan Praline Manhattan, and the first EVER Lyaness Scropino! Our friends at Marcelo’s have been busy too, taking Lyaness ingredients and turning them into ice creams! 🥔 Really Good Potato ice cream 🍒Vantapink sorbet + black cherry oil 🌳 Fig leaf + tree caramel, served with ATOM syrup We’ll be teasing things early with one of the cocktails and one of the scoops available from August 18th — keep your eyes peeled for details!
