I think I can make it official, it’s the beginning of a new chapter of my life. The last box arrived from Berlin and all my belongings, material and immaterial, are with me in my new house in Milan. I have such mixed feelings that I’m having trouble elaborating, on one hand my love for Berlin has been put to the test SO MUCH, I was so miserable for so long, and leaving the city itself was the easiest decision of my life. On the other hand, I had more than 7 years of time in Berlin to meet the most fantastic, caring, brilliant people, and to them I want to say: I will miss you forever, I cannot wait for our paths to cross again, and I wish nothing but happiness to all of you. If you were part of my journey, you know who you are, and you have a friend in me no matter where I am. I also cannot wait to see where this decision is going to take me. My gut tells me it’s the right one. AD MAIORA. Love you.
