Nad+ My no 1 supplement ⭐️ @vaion.io Nad+ Pen I first found out about the benefits of Nad+ about 9 years ago when i fell ill on a huge work trip and i needed to get well fast. A colleague suggested to have an Nad+ drip. Well, i have to say the drip was an awful experience (i felt sick, i had a tight chest, headache and stomach pains all the way through) but sure enough the next day i was brand new and it lasted! So then i started having (suffering) the drips regularly always before and after a heavy trip. I found i could cope with my workload better and i wasn’t feeling as exhausted or foggy and i wasn’t falling ill as often as i used to. A few years back i started injecting small amounts of Nad+ daily instead of having the drips. I was struggling to fit in the time to sit on a drip (to make nad comfortable it can take hours) The daily injections were a bit of a chore because i was getting little vials and drawing up needles every day. I would notice that the solution would become discoloured after a couple of days and i would run out of solution or needles and i became inconsistent with it. It was also inconvenient to travel with. So when Vaion launched their autoinjector pen, it was a godsend. The solution is premium quality and extremely stable and it’s so easy to travel with because it comes in a little cool bag. It’s def an investment into myself. ££: If you cant do injections and are looking for an alternative way of taking Nad+ then I am also a fan of the @nuchido Time and the @joltmyworld capsules which i have used regularly. 🤩One of my favourite treatments for contouring the jawline and skin tightening is the Ultraformer III HIFU treatment. 😀I have used a good few different Hifu machines over the past 10 years but when the Ultraformer III came out, and had a 2mm cartridge, it changed the game for me. It is so fast and smooth to work with and the 2mm helps me deliver a gentle treatment, that is a good alternative to some of my Rf needling devices, with no downtime. My younger clients, especially my male clients who want a more defined jawline love it. ☹️A lot of people are nervous about Hifu treatments because of reports of unwanted fat loss and rightly so. It is true at certain depths and higher settings Hifu can reduce fat deposits (in my experience it can actually cause more fat loss that rf needling) … BUT it is important to note we only use this in places where we WANT to reduce fat like the double chin, heavy jowels or areas of the body. 😀In the right hands with the right depths and conservative energy settings it is an excellent and safe treatment for the face and neck. Every treatment really has to be tailor made to the individual because not everyone has the same thickness of skin or amount of fat and it is important to recognise when a client isnt suitable for it at all. I have been using Hifu technology for over 10 years now and work very conservatively with it and have very happy clients. 😵‍💫My first personal experience with Hifu was in Korea and i experienced some unwanted fat loss on my lower face which initially put me off the treatment BUT i saw improvements in other areas of my dace so i researched machines and went with it. My first machine which was a great reputabe machine and everyone was really happy with the results but then i had a client who also had some unwanted fat loss and this prompted me to really investigate the technology and think outside of the set protocols. I now always work with lower energies (unless i WANT fat loss) with more shots and very limited sessions and it’s not something i let my clients book in for too often because over treating can also cause damage. #ultraformer3 #hifu #skintightening #jawlinecontouring
