Choreography for - Esquisse pour un pas de deux (acte Il) - In a reinterpretation of the iconic pas de deux from Act II of Giselle, the choreographer breathes new perspective into the classical narrative introducing two dancers that explores the dynamics of falling and elevating. The tradition of ballet as starting point, the dancers navigate an exchange of movements, seamlessly blending vulnerability and strength. Gravity becomes a partner of this piece, as the performers descend into moments of controlled falling, only to be lifted into elevations.
