A huge thank you to Sara-Vide Ericson, to Nanna Abell and to Rirkrit Tiravanija ❤️ What a privilege it has been to present their remarkable art, which has filled our spaces with creativity, reflection and dialogue — we look forward to seeing you again! Today marks the final opportunity to experience these outstanding exhibitions and over these past months, we’ve had the joy of welcoming all of you — our visitors — to inspiring talks, engaging events and guided tours. Thank you for being part of it ❤️ We can’t wait to welcome you back when we open our doors again for the fall season and our masterclass program (link🔗in bio). Artist Sara-Vide Ericson calls some of her paintings “larger than life” — and we couldn’t agree more. On the top floor of Gammel Strand you’ll find “Subterranean Conscious”, a mesmerizing work measuring over five meters wide and almost three meters high 📐 Ericson is known for her raw, figurative oil paintings that merge the landscapes of her native Hälsingland with deeply personal, mythological narratives. Through performative processes and self-invented rituals, she transforms lived experience into timeless scenes that explore identity, nature and transformation. Don’t miss your chance — experience it for yourself before the exhibition closes, last day this Sunday ⏳ @saravidee @v1gallery @gallerimagnuskarlsson 📸: Gammel Strand and Jan Søndergaard

This Sunday friends — we’re going out with a bang ✨ It’s the final week to experience our summer exhibitions — and remember, on the very last day, this Sunday, you’ll have the chance to meet artist Nanna Abell and editor Paola Paleari at a special finissage event👇 💬 What happens when a cheese puff, a dried stalk and a shipping fender meet in a gallery? In "shrink in an orange sweetness” Danish artist Nanna Abell constructs a sculptural universe where meaning slips, materials gently clash and scale plays tricks on your senses. 📆 On August 31 — the final day of the exhibition — you’re invited to an artist talk, where Nanna Abell will be in conversation with editor Paola Paleari about the exhibition’s process, materials and the strange poetry that emerges when things coexist without explanation. Have you still not had the chance to see our summer exhibitions? Don’t worry (but hurry up 🙃) — there is still one week left! 🕦⏳ On the ground floor, Rirkrit Tiravanija blurs the line between art and action in a bold, immersive installation. Upstairs, Sara-Vide Ericson’s raw, emotional paintings draw you into the deep forests of northern Sweden. And in her sculptural universe, Nanna Abell invites you to slow down — to notice weight, texture and the unexpected poetry of everyday things. Don’t miss it ✨ Come indulge in three floors of art, design, books and coffee. @saravidee @v1gallery @gallerimagnuskarlsson #NannaAbell @gallerisusanneottesen @tiravanija_team_cm 📸 Joakim Züger, Jan Søndergaard and David Stjernholm
