Finally got to see my work at @saatchi_gallery as part of the @royalphotographicsociety International Photography Exhibition 166. The IPE is the world’s longest running photography exhibition, now in its 166th year and it’s amazing to be part of something with such an incredible legacy. Each year it showcases a truly global mix of artists, emerging and established and celebrates the power of photography to connect people, stories, and ideas across cultures and generations. To have my work included alongside the brilliant @lydiagoldblatt 🩵and so many other inspiring photographers from around the world is an honour. The show had a range of voices and themes from quiet, personal reflections to powerful responses to the times we’re in. Thanks to @billstarman @scirebroc and the fantastic RPS team for this curation. Huge thanks to the selection panel @anne_alagbe @kalpeshlathigra @nicola_shipley @yuxingchen_ @mikeyp1839 for the award🙏 Lastly a massive thanks to my girls who trusted me with their story 💪🏼 The show runs until 20th September at Saatchi Gallery. So happy to announce that ‘Not what you saw’ is going to be showcased at the prestigious @rencontresarles It has also been selected to be part of the Best Of of the Night of the Year and will be screened at the Ancien Collège Mistral, starting on July 14th and running throughout the Rencontres d’Arles festival.
