Orms X Neighbourgood Photowalk 📸 Thank you to everyone who joined us this past weekend for the second Orms X @neighbourgood_sa Photowalk with @fujifilm_sa. We set out once again with Fujifilm gear in hand, exploring Cape Town’s streets, shooting side by side, and recharging with @bosworld along the way. ENTER NOW: The GFX Challenge Grant Program The GFX Challenge Grant Program, sponsored by FUJIFILM, is a grant program that started in 2021. It awards 5 Global Grant Awards and 10 Regional Grant Awards to help aspiring creatives bring their imaging projects to life. It is designed to nurture and develop the skills of emerging/promising content creators, giving them the opportunity to create content on topics that have significant meaning to them, while gaining experience using FUJIFILM GFX System gear. Proposed projects may be submitted as still photography or in a movie format. At the conclusion of the production period in May 2026, the award recipients’ final content will be showcased on the fujifilm-x.com website. A series of exhibitions is also planned to showcase your work in various countries. Submit a project proposal for a chance to receive a $10,000 Global Grant Award, or a $5,000 Regional Grant Award, and take the first step in turning your creative idea into reality! Based in Johannesburg, he has established himself as a leading figure in the local creative scene, particularly within the rock and alternative music communities. Known for his arresting compositions and meticulously crafted lighting, André is the recognised creative force behind iconic images of artists and celebrities like Jack Parow, Francois van Coke, Die Heuwels Fantasties, Gerard Rudolf and Neil Sandilands. Our first ambassador for the 2025/2026 period is a long time Fujifilm shooter, SJ van Zyl. @sjvanzyl is a Johannesburg-based photographer specialising in fashion, beauty and portrait photography. SJ’s passion for photography was sparked by his love of storytelling and the transformative power of working with people, which developed during his early years as a misunderstood teen finding refuge in creativity.
