Can reshuffle the diary with care, fitting in last-minute appointments and ensuring the salon runs at full capacity without wasting a single booking. Inspired by this emotional thread, Jack Merrick-Thirlway, Creative Director at Neville Hair and Beauty, crafted hair that paid homage to organic beauty and traditional artistry. Elegant, clean chignons became sculptural canvases, elevated by hand-formed loops of hair that hinted at leaf motifs-subtle, symbolic, and deeply connected to the natural forms so often celebrated in Vietnamese culture. These curved, floating details echoed the curved seams and delicate folds of Phan Huy’s garments, bringing cohesion between fabric and form. On Monday, June 16th, @irina.behar and I hosted our very first charity lunch at Amilée Restaurant in support of Doctors with Africa CUAMM UK. We were truly blessed to share this special event with an amazing group of friends whose support made it all possible. 💛 I feel so proud and honoured to contribute to such a noble cause—CUAMM’s mission is to ensure healthcare for the most vulnerable populations across Africa, addressing urgent needs from maternal and child health to malnutrition, infectious diseases, and training local professionals doctorswithafrica. I’m also deeply honoured to reaffirm my role as an Advisory Board Member of CUAMM UK. Being part of an organisation that tirelessly works to improve health and well-being in some of Africa’s most underserved communities is a true privilege. Having our first event under this banner means so much more to me.
