Villa Malfitano was built in neoclassical style at the behest of Joseph and Tina Whitaker in the late 19th century. These rooms have been graced by kings and queens, leading merchants and bankers, as well as high-ranking politicians. The villa was a landmark for many distinguished Englishmen and the most influential families in Europe, who found hospitality here at Casa Whitaker.
