Life is beautiful. It's neither good nor bad. It's the stellar mountains and the slippery rocks too! It's the breathe taking views and breathlessness too! It's the mystical monasteries and merciless men too. It's the rain and sunflowers too. And it is indeed the whole that makes it beautiful! The journey was not just about a gentle motorcycle ride through majestic mountains and stories of kindness. There were falls, bruises and hospital beds too. There were days i didn't want to get up from bed. Days when the pillows of the hostel beds i stayed in held back my screams. There were days I wanted to run back to my people. There were days I limped around with a swollen leg. There was a night I hit a car on the highway, got hit by drunk men. There were days I messed up my stomach and had to stop by every public toilet on the way. It took weeks to get over it. There was sun and fun. There was rain and pain. It wasn't all sunflowers along the way. But ain't that what makes the story interesting.
