Salt, Sun, Skin-contact: Mallorca Mallorca has a growing natural wine scene. There are a handful of wine producers growing indigenous grapes and embracing low-intervention methods. Local producers, shops, bars and restaurants are shifting focus to the natural side of winemaking and challenging the island's tourist-driven image. Here we visited @barlasang and drank @cati_ribot Bosquet and Malvasia. Both were beautiful bottles with so much character and zest, they encapsulated island wines in the best way! The wonderful team at Bar La Sang have made a beautiful environment, we loved our brief visit and of course can't wait to go back! Photos by @_rorypower
