Thierry Mugler coveted Spring 1989 “Les Atlantis”Collection. 🧜‍♀️🐠🌊🪸🐚 Mugler‘s entire spring 1989 collection featured futuristic elements that drew inspiration from the legendary city of Atlantis, known as “The Lost City”. He was inspired by deep-sea creatures and sirens, evident in the mermaid-like silhouette and fin-like details of the dress.  Details like chromatic colorways, fin-like textural elements and high-contrast angular edges were implemented into the looks for an “out-of-this-world” aesthetic. The top, a silk lame bustier-style corset, features cups, boning and a concealed hook-and-eye closure. This version seen on the runway, in the Met Museum, as part of FIT’s collection, and other museums, with only three total of this silhouette in existence. Miami/South Florida Friends: PLEASE READ 🙏💕🐶 I recently found this poor babygirl wandering the hot streets in my neighborhood -about two weeks ago. She was dumped off and the previous owners kept her babies guessing from the Vet, when I took her last week. She is all vaccinated and is in need of a forever home, less than 2 years old. She’s very well behaved with other dogs and cats and just needs a companion. Please if you are interested or know anyone, message me. As I travel alot, I can’t keep her.
