Hella excited about the adventures we are bout to have and stages we will touch!! @sigmundwashington used construction paper to make us look extra cool. Everything is hand drawn and hand cut 🤯 Track - Local Stop
Yeeeeee. @hieroooday 2025. What a time. Coming home and performing in front of so many family members and friends always feels big. It feels like I get to say “look what, I’ve been working on for all these years way on the other side of the country!” Thank you to the OG’s @therealhierocrew for putting us on, I got to shake hands with hella legends this weekend. Thank you for rocking with @swarvy and Me. Our record “Nothing Is My Favorite Thing” has taken us hella far and back to both of our respective hometowns. I hope folks take time to really support these type of events that the city of Oakland is trying really hard to erase. Our cities our loosing so much at the hands of corrupt leadership. We can’t let them have it all. 🎥 @fern_doe
I mean I mean. What else could It be. @hieroooday was beautiful. Thankful to have been invited with @swarvy. Lil recap otw. Big 💙 to @therealhierocrew for keeping this going for 13 years! The city of oakland is trippin for not putting their full support for this event every damn year but that’s a conversation for another time.

Just doing my job and spreading the good word. Today’s word is about me playing in Brooklyn on August 15th as a part of this stacked line up. Shoutout to @freemusicempire for putting this together. You don’t have to ask when you can catch me play in NY anymore because I’m right here letting you know. Special merch. Special songs. Special energy to share. See you there.
LIVE AT PHILHARMONIE DE PARIS w/ @swarvy Full 4 min video on my YT 💙 @festivaldaysoff Shot and edited by @martinnefiu_ & @amirteoyacoub
Being in Paris during the heat wave & an air traffic controllers strike was noooo joke bruh. I had hella to smile about though, the dream keeps on working & I’m working for it. One of my favorite parts of the last 5 days was this moment after our set at @festivaldaysoff. This teenage girl forced her dad to download PayPal to buy our vinyl and even though he was having hella technical difficulties he stood next to me for 30 mins and did it because his daughter just HAD to have the record. I tried to just let them take it with trust that somehow the 30 euros would find their way back to me but nah. He wasn’t having it. I just image her telling the story of how she took home “Nothing Is My Favorite Thing” when she’s older and it makes me really emotional. 🥹 Wouldn’t trade this shit for anything.
Whew, it was hella hot- last night at @festivaldaysoff - what a good ass time. Paris, thank you for listening. 📷 @parallaxist8
The Drummer is my Grandfather - West Oakland’s Own Oliver Johnson 💙. He lived in France my whole life until he passed, so I didn’t get to hang with him much. Now everytime I go to Europe, Paris especially to get on stage I can’t help but feel his beautiful and complicated legacy within me. I was talking to my dad @g1rhythm last week about how ‘experimental’ and ahead of its time the music he was playing was and im pretty proud for subconsciously continuing this little big dream - who knows, maybe one day I will go somewhere else to play and find myself there forever. These clips are from a show w/ Jean-Luc Ponty’s band in 1972
