@picturesforpurposeorg for Palestine & Lebanon is now LIVE! This print sale fundraiser supports children affected by war in Gaza and Lebanon. Proceeds will go to two charities: Taawon’s “NOOR” programme supports orphaned children in Gaza who have experienced unimaginable violence, destruction and loss. Beit el Baraka’s “Forsa” programme strives to offer a brighter future to children in Lebanon, ensuring their access to consistent education throughout periods of instability, upheaval and conflict. @beitelbaraka @taawonpalestine

Working on the exhibition film of Anicka Yi’s at the Leeum Museum was a series of meaningful connections with collaborators both old and new. It was a reminder that mutually-shared passion and an insistence on excellence are the keys to work that is not only enjoyable, but of substance. One such collaborator was photographer Min Hyunwoo, who accompanied SOL to capture moments of the shooting and the private dinner hosted by Leeum to commemorate the exhibition opening. Co-prepared by Seoul’s Bar Big Lights, the dinner was composed of menus that playfully reinterpreted the artist’s works into an edible homage.
