New custom piece for a collector’s house in London. Introducing the Kahwa Table, 2025. An invitation to gather — a quiet homage to the timeless ritual of sharing coffee. Crafted from rare bog oak and solid oak, its top combines warmth and depth, the natural grain of the wood echoing centuries of history. The bright red leather upholstery inside the book compartment adds a bold, unexpected touch, contrasting beautifully with the dark wood and enhancing its sense of intimacy and craft. The legs, in patinated bronze, are shaped in the same distinctive style as the Muravey chairs, giving the piece a sculptural yet understated presence. Robust yet refined, the Kahwa Table embodies conviviality and craftsmanship — a centerpiece for conversations and slow moments, inspired by the ancient coffee traditions its name evokes.
