i see your questions/ comments asking about my workout routine when traveling, so i thought i would share a little something with you. this workout is courtesy of my amazing trainer ali ( @impactonefitness). if we’re not able to train together over zoom, their app allows me to workout wherever/ whenever my schedule allows details below if you want to try this one at home: Mobility / Warm Up: Cat cow x5 Elbow to instep with rotation - 5x Shin box switches - 5x each side Forward fold to sumo squat - 5x Reach and rotate - 5x each side Agility: Pogos Drop squat to squat jump 3 hurdle Strength: 3-4 sets depending on energy and estrogen The first two exercises in the circuit are low reps followed by two others for 8 reps 1 min cardio intervals between sets 1a. Elevated push up 4x plus 3 ploy push up 1b. RDL 6x 1c. Downward cable chop 8x 1d. Split squat 8x 2a. Single arm curl to press 8x 2b. Reverse crunch 8-10x
