Our July issue is out today featuring this slice of advice from @lenadunham. She writes so brilliantly about her final fling before she met ‘the one’ in honour of her hilarious new London set show. Too Much, looming on Netflix next month. We shot the cast, too. As well as @jamielloyd and @rachelzegler who open Evita in a couple of weeks — though if you’re wandering past the Palladium circa 9pm I hear you can catch Rachel absolutely smashing Don’t Cry For Me Argentina from the balcony in preview each night. Elsewhere we profiled @itsthedare, who was doing his thing at Lido last weekend, and of course @dualipa took a moment mid tour to shoot our cover story with @davidsimsofficial before she storms into Wembley Stadium this weekend. We’ve @estherfreud_ writing about Bella and sisterhood with her new novel set to be published July 3rd, and we are super grateful to @jourdandunn for kicking off our new Vogue Values campaign, Fashion Is For Everyone, with a beautiful essay on the hard realities, and transcendent powers, of our industry. Further delights: Amal Clooney, Keira Knightley and @munroebergdorf sat for portraits for The Vogue 25, where we celebrate the most influential women in the UK each year. @binxwalton and @malickbodian headed to Wales for a dreamy ode to soft hiking. @sluttycheff had us round for lunch at hers. And, perhaps most crucially, we explain how to wear a hat. It all feels like summer to me.

…and perhaps no little grey. One of the kindest, truest, most complex, pure hearted souls one could ever wish to spend time with. To say nothing of being THE model of the decade. An honour to interview brilliant Bella for June.

Next Monday is Mary Berry’s 90th birthday. So for @britishvogue Martin Parr and I went to Henley-on-Thames to pay some respect to a stone cold legend. Truly she’s seen it all. One world war, five monarchs, childhood polio, unimaginable family bereavement, dizzying fame of the sort only your mum understands, and millions of foolproof lemon drizzles that have brought joy across the generations. She is a phenomenon. Or as I told her: Forget Harry Styles. You’re only rivalled in Blighty by David Attenborough and Peppa Pig. Her reply: “Ha!” All Hail Mary. Have the best birthday, love from all of us here at Vogue.

I travelled to New York and couture with @kyliejenner for our September issue and it was 💜💜💜 and she is 🥰🥰🥰 - a v kind, goofy, sexy, super clever, misunderstood, silent screen star and mum of two whose life is completely nuts and whose heart is massive and who only allows a micro handful of people into her world, so I just wanna say thanks for letting me be one of them girlie. You rock. And you know what, go on and record that album!! x
