I told him how that album and the Red Hand Files have done so much to open up conversations on grief. Things we’re not very good at talking about. A little late sharing as I’ve been away this week, but proud to say back in late April I became managing editor at @somethingabout_rocks alongside my other freelancing work and I’ve had the great pleasure of bringing together my first issue: our July print issue of the magazine featuring four amazing covers! First up we have Hip Hop icon Slick Rick aka @therulernyc, producer legend Swizz Beatz, @therealswizzz, star of new Outlander spin-off Blood of My Blood @_harrietslater and @wednesdaynetflix star @georgieebleu. I interviewed both Swizz and Georgie and will be sharing some more snippets of those chats soon! It’s a massive (and exhausting!) thing getting a full 150-page magazine over the line but I was thrilled we did it - and did such a great job. The mag is on sale now - pick up your copy today!
